The room was very pleasant and clean, with a nice view. It was well‑located and I could park my bike in the courtyard. The common areas were well‑designed and enjoyable. David was very responsive, and overall the value for money was great.

The bedding was very comfortable and the room was quite spacious, with large west‑facing windows overlooking a garden courtyard that let me watch sunsets. However, during the extreme heat of that year the first night the room hit 31 °C, so I opened the windows at sunset to cool down and finally fell asleep around midnight when the temperature dropped a bit. It isn’t the owner’s fault, but I’d recommend blackout curtains for better insulation.

We liked the price and that the toilet and shower were right outside our room. We liked the simplicity of the room, the cleanliness and convenience of location. We were lucky to have cool weather; if it had been hot, we’re not sure the low price would have been worth it without AC.
