I had a terrible experience at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, everything seemed to be going wrong. The staff seemed uninterested in helping me, the rooms were dirty, and the amenities were subpar. I was expecting a lot more from a hotel, but unfortunately, this place fell short in every aspect.

I was really disappointed with this hotel, which claimed to be a 4-star establishment but failed to meet even the lowest standards. The rooms were cramped, the staff seemed untrained, and the overall atmosphere was uninviting. It's clear that this hotel is not living up to its claims, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I was thoroughly impressed with the suite room and service at this hotel, which went above and beyond to accommodate my last-minute change in plans. The hotel's management even took the time to personally load my luggage into my car, which was a lovely touch. If I have to nitpick, I'd say that the shower gel was a bit of an oversight, but overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

While I had a generally positive experience at this hotel, I did feel that the room was a bit cramped for the price I paid. Despite this, I was pleased with the overall quality of the hotel and the service I received, which made up for the compact room.
