The sprawling estate features an outdoor pool surrounded by centuries‑old olive trees, sunbeds, and a coffee bar. Free parking and Wi‑Fi are included. A 5‑minute drive reaches the beach, 10 minutes to Alberobello, and under an hour to Brindisi and Bari. Nearby, a golf course lies 3 km away, and owners arrange boat trips and airport shuttles.

I was blown away by the stunning property, the breathtaking views, and the sleek design, and the staff were genuinely attentive and helpful. The meals were delicious, but the pillows could be of higher quality, and we noticed private parties on three or four nights, so a more comfortable lounge with furniture or cocktail tables would be a welcome addition for guests who can’t use the pool or dining area.
