Everything was just fine - it was clean, cozy, and quiet.
The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was nicely decorated with a massive shower.
The staff here are absolutely fantastic, super friendly and accommodating.

We didn’t get breakfast; the location is excellent. The staff couldn’t provide breakfast because they lacked capacity, and they should have warned guests in advance that breakfast wouldn’t be available.
No breakfast was offered; in the future, a breakfast-inclusive stay would be desirable.

We arrived for our stay and were welcomed. Thanks, Natalka :). They even delivered dinner to our room and lent us cutlery (we missed the restaurant). So the staff is TOP. Thank you.
It’s in the city center. The evening noise was terrible, with shouting at the parking lot in front of the hotel and repeated requests to be quiet through the window. Even early in the morning inside the hotel there was noise and loud laughter; it was all very unprofessional. There were also ants in the room.
