The property sits in a convenient spot near shops and the beach and was clean when we arrived, but the pool was open to residents from other apartments, and the staff were unhelpful and avoided conversation; only after we checked out did they ask us to wait 5 minutes, and there was no assistance with our six large cases—though we tipped the boy who helped carry them. We were told at arrival that our bags would be stored safely until check‑in at 2 pm, yet they were left outside in the sun all day.

We enjoyed a great stay at Babushka: the two‑bedroom apartment was clean and spacious, the kitchen had just enough utensils, the staff were kind and helpful, and cleaning on request was perfect; they also arranged a taxi to the airport for a good price, making the stay a good value. The pool wasn’t heated, so it was very cold in winter, and there’s no on‑site restaurant for dinner.
