The room was very spacious with a direct view of the pool, and the bathroom was large with plenty of outlets to charge camera batteries and phones. Breakfast was varied every day, well cooked, and buffet‑style. Throughout the day, free water, fruit, coffee, hot chocolate, and milk were available. The staff were very attentive. If you want to move around the city, bikes are available. The location is next to the old part of town, but no noise can be heard. It’s a very quiet area. Walking 15 minutes gets you to the night market mid‑week, and 10 minutes to the Puerta Phae. If you want to eat near the hotel, there are several options within less than 5 minutes.

The shower was only a wall‑mounted unit, making bathing difficult; a handheld shower would be better. The bathroom water was barely warm even at the highest heat setting. The face‑wash area outside was dirty, and there was no towel rack. We found cockroaches in the room. The alley was narrow and had to back out. Parking was very limited.
