Very clean and the food is of high quality and well prepared, but it’s not a beachfront property.

The price, facilities, breakfast, staff, and rooms are good, but the bathroom has a bad smell coming from the sink.

“GRAN hotel en Roatán”

The spot is great, especially the location and the facilities. The breakfast, however, is very bland and could use more variety. This is the second year we’re visiting, and this time some staff members were a bit disappointing: after staying 5 nights and eating there every day, they wouldn’t let us leave half an hour after checkout. We also noticed that customer treatment varies wildly depending on the tips given (I understand that might be normal here).

“The amenities and room were so clean and the staff incredibly friendly, open, and accommodating!”

The breakfast offered a wide range of choices, from the usual continental spread to different milks, breads, toast, probiotic yogurt, and fruit. After checking out, we could keep our luggage at the front desk while we had some extra time on the island. Kenneth at the bar was very friendly and attentive. Though the amenities closed at 9 pm, the pool manager let me stay longer as long as I wasn’t loud. The beach is close for a much lower price – totally worth it!
