“Worst stay ever!!!!!”

I stayed mainly because it was close to my work and quiet for the area. The hotel is right off the highway, making it easy to leave. The front desk person at check‑in was helpful, but the rest of the staff were not. The bathroom had a used condom in the shower, and the Jacuzzi in my room was terrible—the jets sucked and smelled like sewage when turned on. I tried calling the desk, but no one answered. We tried to have breakfast at 8:00AM, but it was already closed. I will never return.

“If jacuzzi (i paid extra for) worked it would have been a phenomenal stay.”

The room and bedding were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the Jacuzzi kept spitting out black chunks. I drained and restarted it several times with the same result.
