The breakfast spread was excellent; everything I wanted was available. My wife especially relished the Chai and Masai Chai, prepared in traditional aluminum pots. The room layout and size were good. The location was good. We had booked for 4 nights at around $158 per night. When we wanted to extend our stay by three days, the quoted rate of $192 was too high, so we moved to the Taj Deccan. It was impossible to cross the busy road to reach the mall on the opposite side. The nearby overbridge was dirty, unused, and a scary place. There should be a pedestrian crossing close by.

The staff were attentive and the service was good, and the rooftop bar offered a nice selection of food. The downside was that the window faced a broken water feature with old equipment that was covered in pigeon droppings.

Breakfast was decent and the room was spacious, but water kept dripping from the AC and after two complaints it wasn’t fixed until the manager stepped in on the last day. When checking in the staff didn’t explain the Wi‑Fi password or breakfast times, leaving us to sort those out ourselves until the end of our stay.
