The staff were very friendly.

The location and cleanliness were good, but there should be cutlery, a few glasses for water, tea cups or mugs, plates, and a fan in the open living area; it would help if one person handled guests, as miscommunications occurred when multiple staff spoke to us, though they were very good, helpful, kind, and attentive.
