“Trochę rozczarowanie.”

I’ll start with the fact that if it weren’t for the good price, the final rating would be lower. What I liked was mainly the location of the property. It’s a shame the owner compromised quality for quantity. I understand that at this price the room may be tiny, that things might be broken, that walls could be cardboard‑like, but most of all the DIRTYNESS catches the eye, and that’s unacceptable. I won’t elaborate further to avoid discouraging potential guests, because perhaps the owner will take it to heart and start cleaning.

“Nie polecam.”

The room was very small; I couldn’t even open my suitcase on the floor because there was no space, not to mention there was no wardrobe with a hanger or a chair because they didn’t fit. The spiders seemed to enjoy it :-D The shower was broken; water sprayed in all directions from the tap and couldn’t be tightened. In the kitchen, dishes had to be washed before use; the pan was “only for the brave” after scrubbing, there were two forks but plenty of spoons. There were parking spaces for four cars. When I asked if the check‑out time could be changed, I heard I could pay for another day. I’m not demanding; I usually just sleep in a room, but here the accumulation of “neglect” is visible at every turn and the price is not low.

Getting into the property was easy, and there's a neighborhood shop right next door. It’s obvious the building has seen better days; the day before arrival I was asked to scan my ID. The parking is tiny and always full. Noise from other rooms is constant. The bathroom was clean, but breakfast was always the same dull fare, and they were ready by the door early in the morning.

“Nie polecam.”

The room was a bit dirty and barely cleaned, with stale mothballs in the drawers, curtains that hadn't been washed in years, roaches, and a mouse running around the kitchen. The furnishings begged for cleaning, and the fridge needed a wash and regular removal of spoiled food. During our stay, a group of us staying in different rooms, the breakfast left in the communal kitchen spoiled during the hottest days, and the lingering smell was noticeable even in the rooms—yet the staff did nothing. Over a longer stay, the staff completely ignored requests for linen changes, basic cleaning supplies, or even a broom for self-cleaning. The shower head was broken, and the height adjustment for the shower hose was missing, leaving only a hand shower. There was no air conditioning or fan. Wifi was non‑functional, and coverage was very poor. The parking lot does exist but holds only 4–5 cars, causing daily issues with leaving, blocking other cars, and knocking on strangers’ doors at dawn to move a vehicle or needing to park near a nearby shop.
