Being just a five‑minute walk from Kyoto Station was incredibly convenient. The bathtub, however, was far too small.

The site couldn't be better—conveniently close to a convenience store, department store and underground mall, and the nearby post office was a lifesaver for sending letters. I stayed in my room without hearing any other guests, so it was a comfortable night; I understand that any issues with other guests are not the hotel's responsibility. The only thing that bothered me was the air‑conditioner mounted directly above the bed; I was a bit worried about dust falling, even though I know it’s probably a design constraint.

The hotel’s location right by the station was super handy, and they even looked after our luggage on both the check‑in and check‑out days, which was a huge help.

The staff in the lobby were very friendly, and the location was amazing. The breakfast wasn’t sufficiently local for Muslims.
