The breakfast was good, but when I booked two rooms under my single name for my team arriving late from Botswana, the security guard or duty person demanded bribes to allow us to check in late. We were given room 2, whose bathroom has no window, and when we asked to change rooms they refused. I left my AirPods in the room, and when I called to ask, they claimed they weren't there. It was a terrible experience.
