My reservation wasn’t processed through booking, but I managed to get rooms after insisting. The room was flooded by the AC, sheets and towels weren’t very clean. Breakfast was limited (A 9h plus more). The staff were attentive.

I liked the location; there’s a path that leads straight to the beach, though it was unmaintained for a month in May, which was disappointing. At breakfast they blocked the terrace with a chair to avoid serving. Maintenance and upkeep are lacking.

The hotel sits on a cliff with an amazing view of Annaba. I paid more than the listed price: the booking showed 18699 da but we paid 24000 da. When I protested they said there was no reservation under our name and that was the price, otherwise we’d have to leave if we were unhappy.

The hotel was spotless, the room was great and the balcony view was stunning. The staff were marvelous, very helpful and friendly. The room didn’t have a hairdryer, but they still supplied one, which was very friendly. I recommend this hotel and the price was good. It’s three miles outside the city, but it’s a relaxing place and I liked everything.
