“WORST HOTEL EVER”
The hotel cancelled our reservations despite the fact that our reservations were already secured with credit card. We were shocked to find out that our rooms were not available when we checked in at night. Can you imagine being kicked out of the hotel near mid night and there were 7 of us (consists of elderly and kids) BAD EXPERIENCE EVER!. Great breakfast spread with loads of Asian and Western options - I loved the variety. The staff were super friendly and helpful too. My only gripe is that the hotel's a bit of a trek from the railway station, despite what the name might suggest - but it's only a 7-yuan taxi ride, so not a huge deal. All in all, a solid stay with excellent food and service.

The front desk staff could've been more helpful, especially for foreigners like us who don't have local apps - a bit more proactive advice would've gone a long way.
