I had expected it to be in the lobby but it was at the bar. Daily cleaning is missing, electrical sockets need fixing, and there’s no efficient air conditioning.

The location is perfect. The view of the Duomo is stunning. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the bathroom is cozy. Unfortunately, there are many stairs, which made it a bit inconvenient with a newborn.

The view of the square is wonderful and exactly as I had hoped and imagined. The people who welcomed us were very kind and very available.
