The room was clean, comfy, and easy to get to, but the door could be more sound‑proof; when the neighboring door opened it sounded like it was my own, which was alarming. Housekeeping knocked on every door at 9 am shouting “housekeeping,” and when I was trying to sleep I was chastised for not having my credit card on me for reasons beyond my control, and all hotels should have more grace and forgiveness.

The location was great and parking was reasonable, but the room I booked was advertised as having a private balcony and it did not.

The staff were attentive and friendly, the sheets, blankets, pillows, and overall room and hotel cleanliness were excellent, and the soap, shampoo, and conditioner were high quality with a pleasant aroma. There was no minibar to store food or drinks.

The hotel sits in a central spot, which made getting around a breeze, but the pillows left a lot to be desired.

The room was clean, the staff friendly, and it was comfortable; the breakfast restaurant next door was nice, and the area was close to restaurants and bars. The heating and air‑conditioning were a bit noisy.
