The hotel’s location was fine, and the front‑desk staff stayed friendly despite poor management, but the room was still dirty when I arrived—dust and dust on the shower floor, cobwebs on the ceiling near the curtains, and a stale, wet dog smell. The staff were polite but there was no clear structure and the manager left them to handle everything. Breakfast had stale bread and soft‑cooked eggs, the dinner cold starters were too cold, the main courses were under 60°C, and by the second night they kept forgetting us; we had to ask where the dish was each time, and the wait time was about 45 minutes. I wonder if the cleaning and kitchen follow proper hygiene guidelines like HACCP.
