From Andrea’s greeting to the gorgeous facilities, everything was top‑notch. We, a family of five, stayed in a deluxe room and it was truly amazing – easy access to Zillertal, a superb breakfast, brand‑new luxurious rooms, and stellar hospitality.

The breakfast buffet was great, and the on‑site spa was spotless and well‑maintained, small but fully equipped and always peaceful. Staff were friendly and ready to help with any request, and the bike‑rental service was a nice touch. The only downside was the hotel’s slight distance from the town center; you’d need a car or bike to reach the nearest restaurant.

We spent almost two weeks in Austria and this place was by far the best. The whole team was extra welcoming and helpful – free parking, a free baby cot, and even upgraded us to a better room at the same price because it was vacant. It felt more like staying at an old friend’s house than a hotel.
