The room was tidy and nice, but the breakfast was under par: both the spreads and the bread were cold, and the bread seemed to have sat uncovered too long. Getting coffee early in the morning should be a must.

The location was great, and the reindeer tenderloin dinner was excellent, but the room was cold on arrival. The TV was mounted too high, causing neck pain from looking up, and I missed a mirror for breakfast.

The charm of both the hotel and Røros was evident, the raspberry and blueberry jam was gorgeous, and the room was cozy. Breakfast on the first day had dried out, with stiff slices of yellow cheese, a yellow dry crust on scrambled eggs and egg salad. The next day improved, though the selection was limited but acceptable. The room would have been very uncomfortable if the weather had been bad, and it was a bit far from the hotel where the reception and breakfast were. Still, the whole building complex is charming.

A very lovely place, the accommodation is very central, the restaurant and breakfast were excellent, and the hotel offers cheap parking.
