The service and location were fine, but there was a disturbing specific smell that made me want to leave.

The reception staff were super friendly and very attentive to every request. The breakfast was very correct and varied. Everything was ok.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean, but the photos on the booking site didn’t match what we actually received – the room looked like a 2006 colony, and unlike every other hotel where we got two towels per person (a small and a large one), here we only had one. The toiletries in the room seemed already used.

The coffee machine was broken, the breakfast lacked variety, the carpet in the room was dirty, there was an unpleasant smell in the room and throughout the hotel, and the large bed had two separate mattresses with a hole right in the middle.
