The staff and the pool were great, yet the air conditioning in our room didn't work; the front‑desk guy was very friendly and gave us a fan, and overall the staff were excellent.

The resort was beautiful, quiet, with lovely cottages and a beautifully landscaped tropical garden, and everything else was fine.
