The property is beautiful and well located within walking or cycling distance of the beach. It’s quiet and near a small train station, which was ideal for us because we wanted to avoid the busy part of La Spezia, but it’s also great for visitors who want to be close to the city. The hosts were super friendly and served a lovely breakfast, even a little earlier so we could catch our train on time. I would recommend staying here.

The room was very nice and spotless, and the parking was great and safe. The reception was friendly, and the well‑maintained grounds made it easy to relax. The only downside was that the accommodation is right next to a train station, so if you’re sensitive to noise you’ll hear the trains, but it didn’t bother us.

The Nonna is a very nice woman who enjoys chatting with her guests, which is a big contrast to the next and the one after next generations. The fridge in the room was very loud, much more annoying than the train, even though a fridge is normally fine.
