We liked the staff, especially Irene who helped us plan a hiking trip. The property itself was nothing special, a bit run down, and didn’t leave a memorable impression or make us want to return.

This hotel was beautiful with impeccable service. The staff were friendly and eager to help, and we really enjoyed our stay. The in‑room onsen was very nice, and the free pastries and minibar drinks were included. Breakfast was fantastic, and overall the incredible service and kind workers turned a nice hotel into a wonderful vacation experience.

源泉の部屋風呂があり、1泊でしたが3回も入湯して温泉を堪能しました。わざわざ大風呂まで行かずに部屋でのんびりまったりできて大満足でした。スタッフの応対も非常に丁寧で安心して滞在できました。アメニティ関係も充実していて、快適に過ごせました。朝食や、ウエルカムフルーツ、ウエルカムドリンクといずれもおいしくて大満足でした。. 一度エレベーター使ったとき、がたがたと異音を出してちょっと不安になった。
