The location is truly top, you can reach Ferrara’s sights in a few minutes on foot, the house is very beautiful, well furnished, clean and comfortable, and the bed was super cozy. Highly recommended.

The location is superb for the city center! The host secured a ZTL entry permit for arrivals and departures and sent it by email, plus a parking guide—though we used a free public spot on Viale Volano, 10 minutes on foot from the hotel. The back‑yard terrace next to the kitchen has a coffee machine and tea bags. The house is very noisy.

Overall a nice B&B, comfortable and roomy. The smell of sewer was a bit everywhere, not consistent.

The location, the spacious room, and the lovely shared terrace. The room was a bit dark; a brighter light would help both in the room and the bathroom.
