The host left me hanging at the last minute, saying there was maintenance and trying to move me to a place far from where I needed to be. I ended up with my luggage at the front desk, no assistance, and had to cover unexpected costs myself. Clearly a lack of commitment.

Everything about this stay was terrible—nothing worked, service was awful, and the whole experience left me frustrated.

The room was clean and everything was nicely organized, but there was no sign telling me which of the two coffee flavors by the machine were actually for guests, which was a bit confusing.
