The rooftop viewing platform offers amazing panoramic views of the peaks and mist, and we loved that the place is pet‑friendly so we could bring our dog along.

What stood out most was the staff, who went above and beyond with advice, arrangements, and ticketing. They were incredibly kind and accommodating. The room was roomy, the beds comfortable, and the place spotless. The rooftop view is breathtaking, and the village nearby is a pleasant walk, just about a 10‑minute stroll to the quieter ZiMuGang Gate entrance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The only note about the room: we stayed in a triple room, and its view was slightly obstructed compared to other rooms, but still quite good.

The rooms are spacious, featuring large panoramic windows that overlook the mountains. The furnishings are of high quality, the beds are comfortable, and the insulation is excellent.

We set out for a walk around the area at dawn, spotting many birds darting from branch to branch among the trees. The crisp air and the view lifted our spirits.
