The facilities are top‑class: the rooms, the outdoor pool, the surroundings and the view, the modern décor, the exceptional buffet breakfast, and the spa with professional staff are all superb. However, you might not get clear instructions on how to use the amenities right when you arrive; I had to call reception a few times or ask the room staff for details about the pool, spa, breakfast location, and room service—there was no answer on Sunday evening for that last one. The hotel site on the room TV also fails to provide this information.

The sea view is nice. The cleanliness was awful in room 167; it looked like a water‑damage disaster with obvious water streaks on the wall and door frame, on the carpet, and the furniture wasn’t cleaned. The crowd at the hotel is disappointing; it’s stated at the entrance that the pool is exclusively for guests, yet we see people passing through the parking. The parking seems reserved for seminars, not for guests who are given a card and pay over €25 a day. Things are deteriorating fast. After four stays I think this will be my last. Check‑in starts at 16:00, which is relatively late, and we had to wait an hour for our room, even though we paid for a drink.

Everything was good—no complaints. The Sky Bar was shut on Sunday and Monday, and I was there for two of the three nights.
