The hotel was fine, but the rooms felt a bit old.

Everything worked well, except I had to search for the receptionist three times because nobody was there. The hotel is not far from the airport. It would be wise to clean the green growth off the pool sides; seeing grass there shows a cleaner hasn't touched them in a long time.

I liked that the reception was open 24 hours, the hotel was close to the airport, breakfast tasted good, and the staff were helpful and friendly. After checking out we could leave our luggage in the hotel without paying extra.

Lovely friendly hotel very close to the airport. Nice village, good restaurants, beachfront , local shops. Limited buses to Funchal on Sundays, but good service the rest of the week and less than €3 each trip

The pool next to our door is great, especially with a 30 € or higher rate.
