The location was super convenient for everything, but I booked a particular hotel and ended up at a different one on a different floor.

The spot is great for tourists, but the building was messy and dirty, the staff unfriendly, there were many cockroaches, my room was moved to another hostel block, the room wasn’t ready when I arrived and a man was inside the intended room, there was no voice cancellation or cleaning service, only hot water was provided, I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who wants comfort, and there were many other bad experiences that I can’t list one by one.
