“Não estive no hotel por falha do hotel”

I don’t know the hotel. The air conditioner was broken and they sent me to another place.

“Um absurdo completo, fotos mentirosas.”

Only the reception. The bed isn’t a double; it’s two single beds with a double mattress on top. The bathroom had stains and sludge everywhere. The furniture was very old, even the sofa. I was told I’d only have one room for two days and that I’d have to switch rooms.

“Péssimo”

Nothing. Terrible! First I thought I was staying at a hotel, not an apartment. When I arrived, I was told my reservation wasn’t at the hotel and there wasn’t enough info to direct me. I waited 2 hours in the lobby, calling all available numbers, only to learn my confirmed reservation had been cancelled right then. It was 21 h, I almost ended up on the street… Never again!

“Tudo excelente desde que se saiba que a estadia é em um flat dentro do hotel, portanto, não inclui café da manhã. No mai”

Quarto espaçoso, chuveiro excelente, secador ótimo e tinha até ferro e tábua de passar roupas, além de cápsulas de café de cortesia. Roupas de cama confortáveis. Kit de higiene excelente. E a estrutura do hotel é ótima, academia cheia de equipamentos e grande. Além disso, o estacionamento está incluso na estadia, isso em SP é ótimo. Na hora que chegamos, o quarto não estava limpo, porém o problema foi rapidamente resolvido

The bathroom is very bad and needs improvement. Also, the Booking description made it seem like a hotel, but when I got there I realized it was a flat rented inside the hotel, which was frustrating given the expectation. The bathroom.
