The construction was tasteful and even had a massage chair. The room was an indescribable mess, the fridge had something rotten inside, the staff were very rude and unprepared. It felt like a place that was nice in the past but has fallen apart since. I also went to the restaurant; the food was not ready, portions were small, and the prices were quite steep.

I was assigned to a hostel‑style room without windows and with an unbearable sewage smell by a waiter. I asked reception if a brighter room was available for the 300 lei per night price, but the waiter had to ask the manager. They switched me to a villa room (spacious, bright, clean) but that evening there was no hot water. I had to take a shower with cold water.

The room was fine, and a second blanket was provided upon request. Still, only one towel was given and it was not clean. Hair was on the bed. The restaurant looked nice, but orders didn’t match and the bill was incorrect.
