Very helpful staff – when we arrived the previous tenants had left heaters on very hot, and the staff checked on this.

The spot was spot‑on, towels were swapped whenever we asked, the shower blast was powerful, and the hot tub became my go‑to spot; we used it a lot. The only snag was that one room lacked a spare blanket – my kid complained of being cold, but after slipping on a thermal top he was fine.

The place is well situated, the staff are friendly, the rooms stay spotless, roomy, and quiet. The downside is that the duvets stay chilly in winter, and the wall heater in the bedroom is broken.
