“Helpful staff yet worn out facilities”
The staff, especially Azar, were friendly and helpful throughout our four‑day stay. On the downside, the facilities felt dated and a few were worn out, and the room wasn’t clean even after a tidy‑up.

Small but very family‑friendly, tucked in the heart of the old town yet surprisingly quiet; the staff were very helpful and polite 😀 The rooms were clean and spacious, simple but ideal for city sightseeing, and the breakfast was outstanding 😀 I had no negative remarks.

The hotel’s location is superb – you can walk around the whole Old Town, reach the waterfront, and there are plenty of cafés nearby; the metro is close enough to let you explore other sights in Baku on your own. I have to commend the high level of service and the friendly, attentive staff, as well as the delicious, varied breakfasts that were served individually and even tailored to my preferences beyond the standard menu. The rooms were clean and cozy, the sheets were spotless white, housekeeping came daily, and the team was always ready to answer any question. My time there left me with only pleasant memories, and I’m grateful to everyone for the hospitality and comfort. P.S. On the flight back to Kazakhstan I already told my travel companion about this hotel. No drawbacks at all.

This tiny, elegant, and very central hotel sits quietly in the heart of Baku’s Old Town, and every attraction is reachable on foot.
