“Fantastic service and location - would use again”
After booking, the staff reached out quickly to confirm my arrival time, and when I got there they offered a complimentary upgrade that was a real bonus, especially since I was traveling with kids.
Excellent Stay at Shelton Ambassador Islamabad I had a wonderful stay at Shelton Ambassador Islamabad. The service was excellent, and my room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff were absolutely brilliant—very professional, friendly, and caring throughout my stay. I would especially like to mention Haris at the front desk, who was always ready to help and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. All the staff were very attentive and caring, which made my stay truly beautiful and memorable. I sincerely appreciate their hospitality and would happily recommend Shelton Ambassador Islamabad to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service. Belaal Ahmed Minister of Religion U.K.If you’d like, I can also make it more prestigious and formal, as a review from a senior government/religious official
“Haris was brilliant, had my room ready and very professional - an absolute pleasure to meet him and have him look after”
The place sits in a convenient spot, the airport isn’t far and getting to and from it is a breeze. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast selection was solid.
“Excellent staff especially Haris, great size room and location unfortunately food isn't the best”
The service was solid, but the food left a lot to be desired.
The staff were very helpful and considerate, and they cooperated fully with my requests.
