The location and free parking were great, as was the pool even though the water was cold, and the sea was just a short walk away although we didn’t swim. Communication by email before arrival was smooth and the welcome on arrival offered a choice between two rooms. The place felt like a prefabricated unit that had just been painted and patched for the season; it’s clean but the paint hides humidity marks, the floor isn’t level and the bottom of the door was masticated. Soundproofing was poor, especially on the ground floor, and ventilation was impossible. The cleaning was lacking except for the bathrooms.

The location is superb, just a one‑minute walk to the beach across the street. The room was cozy but not the cleanest. The picture of the pool is misleading; it’s small and only suitable for little kids, and the seating area needs an upgrade. The staff appear polite, but the cleanliness was the only thing I didn’t like.
