The room was spotless, the beds had curtains, power outlets, and lights, breakfast was tasty, and the common area was pleasant. The only issue was that the staff didn’t have keys for the lockers in the room.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, the location was great—just a 10‑minute walk to the night market—and my bed was clean. It offered good value for money in Laos.

The place is well‑located, not far from the city center and the night market. However, there’s no air conditioning, the staff are overly reserved, lack communication skills, and overall the service feels behind the times and lacks liveliness.

The highlight of my stay was the staff, who were super kind and helpful. The bunk beds are a bit hard to climb, the mattress wasn’t great, and the showers were never cleaned.
