Getting there from the train station is easy. The breakfast is reasonable. There’s parking available in the underground garage. The floors are uneven, the furnishings feel a bit dull, and the surroundings are quite plain. The internet had issues.

They think of the little details: slippers for the cold tiles, a pleasant welcome with a drink. The proximity to the train station and city center is excellent.

The rooms are spacious and bright, all clean, with lovely décor. The mattresses are good, and the bathroom is large. The breakfast buffet was satisfying, everything fresh. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking spots are available, and there are several electric‑car charging points.

The location was very central, close to the Folkwang Museum. The staff welcomed us warmly, reserved a parking spot, and the next morning arranged a great breakfast. Our room faced the courtyard and was very quiet; across from us we could eat at a small trattoria and there was even a sushi shop right next door. Nothing was wrong—everything was good.
