The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was freshly prepared and genuinely tasty. We booked the penthouse with a private pool, which had two bedrooms, a sofa bed and a separate bathroom; the beds were comfortable but the walls showed marks from previous guests and some mould spots, the air‑conditioner emitted a foul smell after being turned off and on again, the private pool was dirty with loose tiles, the “large” pool was cleaner though not much better, and the shower in the room was a nightmare—cold spray, then a sudden hot blast, then back to cold. All in all, the four‑star rating feels undeserved; the staff did their best and were very kind, but the complex has clearly seen better days.

“Good location, friendly staff!”

Good location, friendly staff, reasonable breakfast. There was no electricity for a day, which meant no AC or shower. The staff seemed aware of it, telling us it would be back on at 17:30. They should have warned us when we booked, as we couldn't shower after returning from the beach.

“Came to this resort for the seaview. However, this is not even close to passable. The cushion were moldy and had whitish”

The pool is only in the penthouse. Mold grew on the chair. The square pillows had mold. The double bed creaked and was sunken in.

The manager Jamis is excellent, sincere, and smooth. However, on the first day we saw another employee whose behavior was clumsy and irritable.

The rooftop restaurant served decent food and the view was spectacular, and the pool was a nice touch. The rooms were neither too large nor too cramped, and the air conditioning worked well. However, the bed was extremely hard, and even after the staff added an extra mattress topper it didn’t soften enough. The bathroom was tidy, but the water temperature was either too cold or too hot, with no proper regulation—though a cold shower isn’t a big deal in Thailand.
