The air conditioning works flawlessly even when the outside temperature hits 30‑33 °C, though I can't comment on 45 °C days. The beds are just right—neither too hard nor too soft—and the staff are friendly, helpful, and especially hardworking. The facilities feel a bit dated and could use an upgrade.

The hotel was clean and close to Kleopatra Beach, and I liked the all‑inclusive concept with the swim‑up bar. The food was good and varied. The outdoor pool was dangerously slick; the steps leading down were insanely slippery. On the first day I slipped and badly injured myself while descending, a fall I’d never experienced before. Another woman told me she had slipped the day before and her back and forearm were completely bruised from the fall, and she could have hit her head and cracked her skull. I reported it to reception, but nothing was done to address the hazard.
