The property let us out. I got a quote, but when it was time to pay the amount was far higher than quoted, and they called the police on us.

There was no help, no response, and in the end they wanted me to coordinate directly with the valet parking after I’d already checked the info and had a different answer; the response came 3 hours later. The service, location if you bring luggage zero recommended, the hotel doesn’t reply to messages or calls, terrible service.

I was handed a twin room even though I had paid for a king, but the staff fixed it fast and free.

The pool looks great.

Just two blocks from the center, the staff were attentive and the spot was ideal; overall everything was great.
