The room was lovely and the location was good, but the staff weren’t very welcoming. In the evening the restaurant closed before 21.00 hrs as the owner told us, and the waiter wouldn’t serve us dessert because it was only 19.45 hrs; he seemed more interested in chatting with a friend. Mosquitoes kept us awake in the room, giving us several bites and one very painful bite on my face. When I mentioned this to the owner at breakfast he was uninterested. We were glad to leave the next morning.

A beautiful B&B with many authentic features and a great atmosphere. I slept one night in the new section, which was beautifully decorated, stylishly designed, and full of detail. The host was extremely welcoming. Nothing really stood out, but I had to leave early for business and would have liked to see more of the surroundings.

The rooms were beautifully and uniquely decorated, and there was a pool, sauna, and jacuzzi in a lovely garden. The breakfast buffet was tasty and the owners were very friendly. We went to a wedding in the Maeckelhoeve, which is very close.
