The central location in Como made everything very easy to reach. The luggage transport from the nearest parking lot to the hotel was somewhat laborious, especially in the heat.
Comfortable bed, modern design, nice location, but there was a smell in the room and no complimentary breakfast.

The location was perfect, staff were friendly and the room was spotless; we really enjoyed staying here for our first time in Como and you just couldn't get a better location.

The location was the only redeeming feature, yet the room had an odor that didn't dissipate, the staff were unfriendly and didn't reply when greeted, there was no hot water for a day, the stairs to the fifth floor were needed because the elevator only covered 4 floors, we ate every meal outside the hotel, reception didn't open until 12.00 noon, we couldn't charge to our room, the rooms were dated, the shower taps were difficult to use, the TV was not operating, on arrival we were upgraded to a junior suite which turned out to be a downgrade, we had stayed in 5 other hotels on this trip and this was by far the worst experience, Cristina, MD, please don't reply with your automated responses, it is clear you do not listen to your customers, clear no action is taken, retraining staff on customer service needs to happen, sorry for these comments, but it was asked for. “Great location”
