The rooms were beautiful and spotless. The only issue was the strict rules: if we wanted to leave and return at 4:00 am, we were told to… during the day, we were allowed to play loud music near the pool side.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. The room looked good, but the blankets didn’t smell fresh and the bedding was not clean. There were coffee supplies but no cups or teaspoons. In the morning there was no hot water; I took a cold shower at 5 am, which was painful but I had no choice. The shower floor wasn’t clean—I could see hair floating around while showering.

The electric blanket was very useful for the cold winter night, and the water was pleasantly hot; I was relieved because some reviews mentioned cold water.

No breakfast was offered. The hotel was very convenient, had good facilities, and was close to town in the tiny town of Hendrina.
