La Quinta by Wyndham York

“Recommended if you stay in this area!”

The rooms were spotless and the staff carried out their duties professionally. One of the elevators, however, felt a bit bumpy.

“It was okay but we will never stay at this property again.”

The only bright spot was the fantastic staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, all of whom were very kind and accommodating. I suspect the property hosts long‑term residents, which felt a bit off‑putting, and the number of pets in the building was unsettling; the dog hair in the hallway was enough to knit a small blanket. Additionally, staff informed me that the pool has been out of service since 2018.

“Great room with all the amenities to make a home cooked meal.”

The executive suite was great, offering all the amenities needed for a fine meal, and the breakfast was good. The bed, however, was a bit uncomfortable.

“This stay was okay. This wasn't my first stay at the hotel, and it won't be my last.”

Breakfast was awesome. I stayed in a room designed for handicap access, but the shower was uncomfortable. It seemed a pet had been in the room, and I could smell a dog.
