I never actually stayed at the hotel, yet they still charged me. A family emergency caused me to miss the first night, and when I asked a receptionist if I could stay the remaining two nights—since they had already billed me for three—I was told yes. But after a nine‑hour drive, another receptionist told me I couldn't stay because I missed the first night. They kept my $308, overdrawn my account, and left me scrambling for another place. Do not go here; they are thieves.

It wasn’t what I expected. The breakfast didn’t meet the standard, the drink machine in the room was broken, and the fire alarm rang all night.

Everything was good except the noise—when people walked in the middle of the night you can hear everything. Other than that, everything was fine.

The location was fine. However, the window was cracked, the room had a bad odor, the pool wasn’t heated as advertised, the food was subpar, and when I mentioned the broken window, the staff seemed indifferent even with my two children in the room.
