The staff is very friendly and the location is nice, but this apartment was a huge disappointment. I had previously stayed in another apartment in the same complex and that one was good. Here I had to spend half an hour removing ice from the fridge and then there was no hot water for the shower. They said it would be fixed the next day and that was their priority. I saw no one after that and nothing was refunded or even mentioned about the price. All in all, just a bad host! So no hot water and the fridge was full of ice, which took half an hour of my vacation to deal with.

The hotel's furniture was nice, but unfortunately, the reception area was a letdown.

We were turned away from the hotel, which was frustrating, but it's worth mentioning that the staff didn't speak a word of English, which made communication impossible. To make matters worse, they asked for a code we didn't have.

I spent an hour waiting for the department's data, and at one point, I even considered canceling my stay. It was a long and frustrating experience.
