“Nice concept hotel but it’s lacking in quite a few areas . Looks good but has been done one the cheap”

The pool area is lovely, yet sunbed wars start at 8 am and we never managed to snag a spot by the pool. The boho garden on the tier below was truly relaxing, but the overall noise level was too loud; the DJ plays on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and in room 734 the music was so intense that the windows rattled, making any afternoon nap impossible after a few drinks. The room itself was acceptable; the bathroom had mould at the shower base, and the whole space carried a strong drain smell. There was no smart TV, and the Wi‑Fi was terrible. Breakfast was decent. On the first day we arrived, they double‑booked my friend and sent her to a different hotel, which was awful. If you have mobility issues, this place isn’t suitable: there are steps everywhere and the pool area spans three terrace levels. The staff were friendly, but a €30 euro deposit is required for a pool towel. The layout feels odd, with many steps, and the pool tiles are slippery—multiple people slipped, so grips should be installed.

Everything was superb—from the facilities to the staff, cleanliness, and more. I highly recommend this hotel; it’s a place where you won’t miss anything.

Excellent hotel, lovely and helpful staff, quality breakfast! There’s a main pool plus three amazing small pools. The location is great. I would return!
