The staff were friendly and helpful, and the 24‑hour water and hot beverage service was great, though the water heater temperature was a bit hard to manage.

The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast staff were courteous, but it would have been better if the bathroom and room were barrier‑free, and the kettle for boiling water was not good.
