The bed was comfy, which was the only good thing, but the bathroom light was broken so we showered in the dark; the bathrooms were always wet, the toilet seemed to leak, the floor felt dirty with black hairs, a broken vodka bottle was found on the balcony, and the hotel felt unsafe with many drunk guests and loud music from other rooms.

The staff were super kind and very helpful, always meeting our requests. They even gave us a complimentary breakfast even though it wasn’t included in our booking. The place is simple but has everything you need for a three‑night stay. Unfortunately, some rude foreign guests made a lot of noise at all hours, which was a real downside.

We paid about 660 € for five nights but could only use three. Constant power outages left us without TV, hair dryer, fridge and other amenities, and other guests were also forced to go to reception repeatedly. After complaining we were moved to a different room and the front‑desk manager gave us a written promise that outages would not happen again. That same night the lights went out again. The next day we discovered 85 € had been taken from our wallet, which was inside our suitcase in the room. We reported this to the authorities and filed a complaint. When we tried to resolve it later, the hotel told Booking that we had been given a superior room, even though the manager’s own document said we would just get a new room (not necessarily superior) and that power would be restored, which was not the case. As a “compensation” they offered two 20‑gram bags of peanuts. After paying 389 € for the three nights we spent hours of our vacation dealing with supply problems and ultimately had to leave the hotel. The idea that two peanut bags could fix everything feels absurd. Problems can happen, but how a hotel handles them matters. Here the management was disappointing from start to finish, offering no real solution or compensation. Find another hotel – we will never return.
